Chuck Sutton is a New Jersey born, LA based artist, producer and sound designer, with a body of work that seamlessly combines all three. From Pop and R&B, to Hip Hop and House, Chuck ensures the textures of his sounds are as infectious as the lyrics, which was set in stone on his 2019 debut album, “i know what i’m doing*”. As shows came to a halt in 2020, Chuck rapidly grew his online presence with a single party trick: a simple explanation his audience could understand, followed by demos of the concept they couldn’t wrap their minds around. He ended 2021 premiering his song “All or Nothin” on Issa Rae’s award-winning HBO series Insecure, which led right into his first tour, opening for DROELOE on his 2022 Spring run “Unexpected Odyssey”. In Fall of 2023, Chuck’s direct collaborations with Ableton kicked off with an episode on their “One Thing” video series. During this time, Chuck took his educational passion to the next level by joining Inglewood’s 1500 Sound Academy as an instructor, using his cultivated niche skill set to empower students navigating the music industry. Not a month later, Chuck held a talk at Ableton’s LA “Push Pop Up” workshop, centered around the Push 3’s sound design performance capabilities. As of 2024, Chuck has embarked on his biggest project with Ableton yet with his latest song “Patience”, the official demo song for Ableton Live 12.
